Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1/2 cup Molasses
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbl Ginger
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Large Eggs
- Sugar

How To Make
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the flour, salt, eggs, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and sour cream.
- When thickened to a dough, split in four and roll into balls by hand.
- Roll each piece out until about and inch thick. Join both ends together to make a circle.
- Drop into hot fat at about 350 F and cook until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with some more sugar and enjoy.
