There really is nothing quite like a creamy Rice Pudding on a cold winter night. Serve it hot with a sprinkling of sugar.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 large Egg (Beaten)
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 pkt. Vanilla Pie Filling

How To Make

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the milk, beaten egg, rice and pie filling.
  2. Stir continuously over a medium heat until the mixture starts to boil.
  3. Pour into an ovenproof bowl and place under a grill until the top is brown.
  4. Sprinkle generously with sugar.
  5. Serve hot with a cup of Irish tea.
