Tropical Breeze Cake is a taste of the exotic, with hints of sunny tropical fruits and relaxing tastes. Light and refreshing, ideal for summer enjoyment.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Pieces
  • 3/4 cup Drained Pineapple Pieces
  • 3 tbl Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbl Sour Cream
  • Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Blueberry Bread Mix

How To Make

  1. In a good sized bowl, make the blueberry bread mix. Instead of using the recommended milk / water, use an equal amount of freshly sqeezed orange juice.
  2. Then add in the pineapple pieces, sour cream, coconut pieces and the oil. Stir vigorously until well blended.
  3. Pour out into a greased baking dish.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 350 F for about an hour and bake until done.
