This Toffee Coffee Cake recipe is rich and full of flavour. What better to go with Toffee Coffee Cake than a big mug of coffee, or tea.
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Pecan Nuts (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 3 - 4 Toffee Bars (Chopped finely)

How To Make
- In a bowl mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, butter and flour. Set this aside for use later on.
- Mix together the buttermilk, egg, vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Continue to stir for a few minutes, then pour into a greased baking pan.
- Add the chopped toffee to the pecan nut mix, then sprinkle over the top generously.
- Place in a preheated oven at 350 F for about half an hour until browned.
