Perfect with roasted coffee and good friends, Cinnamon Swirl Cake is quick and easy to make. It's rich aroma and delightful taste make it a sure hit.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chopped Nuts
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • White Cake Mix

How To Make

  1. In a bowl, combine the vanilla pudding, white cake mix, sour cream, eggs and vanilla extract.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
  3. Put half the base cake mix in a greased baking dish and cover with half the sugar mix. Then put the remainder of the cake mix on top.
  4. Finish off by putting the rest of the sugar mix on the top and swirling.
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 350 F and bake for about an hour until well browned.
