Recipe Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Coffee
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa
- 3 tbl Butter
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 block Cooking Chocolate (Large)

How To Make
- In a saucepan over a medium heat, mix together the butter, coffee, sugar and cooking chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl, then sift in the flour and cocoa.
- Mix thoroughly until it is well combined and smooth.
- Add the eggs and beat in well.
- Turn onto a greased cake pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for about half an hour.
- You could sprinkle the top with cocoa, sugar and cinnamon for a nice finishing touch.
