Butterscotch Coffee Cake is easy and quick to make, and is perfect for a light bite after a meal.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tin Prepped Butterscotch Pudding
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix

How To Make

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Top with butterscotch chips and sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
  3. Place in a preheated oven at 350 F for about half an hour, or until baked.
