Almond Joy Cake is light and extremely tasty, especially for those who are nuts about nuts! This is an easy recipe to follow and will realy delight those lucky enough to taste it! Best enjoyed with a big mug of coffee or tea!
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (Evaporated)
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Almonds (Chopped)
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 cup Marshmallows
- 1 stick Margarine
- 1 Chocolate Pudding Mix

How To Make
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the cake mix as directed on the packet.
- Put the cake mix in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 40 minutes.
- In a saucepan over a gentle heat, mix together the sugar, coconut, milk and marshmallows until melted.
- Spread the mix over the top of the cake after taking out of the oven.
- Take another saucepan and mix together all the margarine, 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, the chocolate chips and 2 cups of sugar.
- Stir continuously while adding the almonds.
- Pour the mixture over the top of the cake. Sprinkle generously with almonds.
