How To Make

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add the buttermilk and stir thoroughly until it reaches a doughy consistency.
2. Turn the dough out and onto a rolling board. Flatten into a circle about 9 / 10 in in diameter.
3. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into good-sized slices.
4. Take a drop of butter and add to a frying pan.
5. Add the slices and fry for about 5 minutes until browned.
