Round off your dinner party with a hot Irish Coffee, perfect for sharing with friends.

1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
60ml Irish Whiskey
Double Cream
Roasted Coffee (Strong)

(1) Make sure you have picked out a good glass, and warm it up using hot water.

(2) Pour a measure of Irish whiskey into the glass, then add your roasted coffee until the glass is almost full. Stir well.

(3) Now add the double cream, pouring it in over the back of a teaspoon.

(4) Top it off with a light dusting of cinnamon or chocolate.
