(1) Put a couple of tea bags into a medium sized thermal-proof jug. (2) Bring 2 average sized cups of water to boil quickly. Remove from the heat and pour over the tea bags. (3) Let it brew for about 20 - 30 mins. (You can keep it in for longer, depending on your taste.) (4) Take out the tea bags and drain any excess fluid from them. Take care not to break open the tea bags themselves. (5) Now fill the jug to the brim with water and place in the refrigerator to chill. (6) If you want to serve it immediately just throw in some ice cubes. It's best to let it chill in the fridge though. (7) Serve chilled. Pour the liquid over plenty of ice cubes in a tall bar glass. Sweeten with lemon, lime or orange. More RecipesInterested in learning how to cook your favourite Irish recipes?
