1 pack of Irish bacon (1) Melt you Irish butter in a frying pan. When melted, add the bacon and fry until browned slightly. (2) Push the bacon to the sides of the pan where it is cooler. Add the sausages and cook until browned. (3) Cook the beans in a seperate saucepan with a low heat. (4) Place the black puddings in the frying pan and cook. (5) Cut the tomatoes into quarters and cook in the pan with a medium heat. (6) Add the sliced potatoes and cook through until browned. (7) Remove the contents of the frying pan and place in a warm oven. (8) Crack the eggs and fry in the pan. (9) Serve hot with a choice of ketchups and sauces. (10) Perfect with a cup of Irish Breakfast Tea. |
